Cancellation and Refund Policy for 2024 UMCVB Fall Conference
UMCVB hopes that everyone who registers for the Fall Conference will be able to attend; however, we know extenuating circumstances do occur.

Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be advised.
Registrations who must cancel can transfer their paid registration fees to next year’s conference. There will be NO REFUNDS once paid.

Tempest Interactive Media is UMCVB’s fiscal agent. Please DO NOT make any checks out to UMCVB as they cannot be cashed. All payments need to be made out to Tempest.
A confirmation email will be sent to you with an invoice attached. You will also receive an invoice from FreshBooks with additional information from Tempest.
All invoices for the 2024 Fall Conference need to be paid by your arrival in Rochester for the conference.
